πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compensation consultants and analysts at varying levels of experience, providing a clear direction on priorities, fostering a culture of coaching, continuous learning, and collaboration β€’ Establish and maintain structured project and team management systems to ensure visibility, accountability, and timely delivery across all engagements. β€’ Own the strategic direction, operations, and growth of DCI's compensation consulting practice β€’ Oversee the delivery of complex compensation engagements, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction β€’ Serve as a senior advisor to clients on compensation strategy, program design, job architecture, pay equity, and regulatory compliance (e.g., EEO, FLSA) β€’ Develop and implement scalable compensation frameworks, methodologies, and governance models to support practice growth β€’ Partner closely with DCI's Business Development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities, contribute to proposals, and represent the compensation practice in client-facing presentations and thought leadership β€’ Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key engagements β€’ Conduct and oversee advanced market analysis and compensation modeling to support strategic client recommendations β€’ Review and approve client deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client goals and DCI standards β€’ Support DCI’s growing EU Pay Transparency work by contributing subject matter expertise, assisting in the development of client service offerings, and staying current on evolving EU PT requirements and implementation timelines. β€’ Collaborate with other ELS Division leaders to align compensation services with broader HR consulting initiatives and firm strategy β€’ Contribute to DCI's external profile through white papers, speaking engagements, webinars, and other thought leadership activities

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related field; Master's degree and/or CCP certification strongly preferred β€’ Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation consulting, or a related field, including at least 5 years in an HR consulting or professional services environment and at least 3 years in a practice leadership or people management role β€’ Demonstrated experience in international compensation consulting β€’ Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or leading a compensation practice or consulting team β€’ Deep expertise in compensation fundamentals including job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structure design, and incentive program design β€’ Proven ability to partner with business development or sales functions to drive revenue growth, write proposals, and win new client engagements β€’ Strong leadership and coaching skills, with demonstrated ability to set clear priorities, develop professionals at multiple levels, and foster accountability β€’ Advanced data analysis skills, including Excel and statistical tools β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to C-suite and senior HR leaders β€’ Experience managing multiple complex client engagements simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy and accountability β€’ Demonstrated ability to establish and manage structured project and team management systems in a remote environment β€’ Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment while providing strategic direction and maintaining operational excellence.
