• As a Strategy & Ops Manager, you are the engine room of the business. • You will work along side the founders and product leads to drive and evolve the Deblock vision. • Your speed, efficiency, and eye for detail will drive success across the Deblock product. • You are self-guided and are driven to solve problems which define an industry. • We want to revolutionise the FinTech industry. And we need the best minds to do it. • Diagnose complex product and business challenges, frame solutions from first principles, and drive them to completion. • Build the data foundations needed to make good decisions: defining metrics, running analyses, and surfacing insights that inform strategy. • Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, compliance, and operations keeping diverse workstreams moving in sync. • Design and implement scalable workflows spanning RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation.
