📋 Description

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements for new clients, including Balance Sheet and Income Statement, to assess financial health and identify areas for improvement • Identify discrepancies and develop procedures for clean-ups and catch-ups of general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards • Review month-end financial statements to verify accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies or issues • Prepare the first financial close workbook for new clients, documenting issues and open items for resolution • Manage end-to-end accounting processes for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions • Maintain up-to-date client books using QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Dext • Reconcile clients' bank and accounting ledgers • Process accounts payable invoices using Bill.com and Routable • Handle payroll journal entries, ensuring accurate payroll expense recording and compliance with payroll tax regulations • Prepare, analyze, and review month-end financial statements and supporting schedules • Collaborate with managers on accounting-related projects, own assigned tasks, and deliver results on time

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with QuickBooks Online • 1+ year experience with Sage Intacct is Required • 1 year experience with Xero is preferred • 2+ years experience in working with multiple clients is required • 3+ years end to end accounting experience • 1+ years Accounts Payable experience • Reviewer and supervisory role is required • Ability to communicate with US Accounting Managers and team members clearly and effectively daily • Strong analytical skills • Experience with cloud accounting tools like Bill.com, Dext, Routable, Hubdoc, Expensify, etc is preferred • Exceptional workload and team management skills • Good interpersonal communication skills among US and PH teams and clients • Strong analytical and research skills • Hands on experience and proficient in using QuickBooks Online • Hands on experience and proficient in using Routable and/or Bill.com • Hands on experience and proficient in using Dext and/or Hubdoc • CPA licensure is a plus • Decisive and collaborative in work • Legal residency in the Philippines
