• Redefine DeFi Trading UX with Us! • Drive transformative innovation in trading interfaces for DeFi users. • Collaborate with the Head of Product to innovate and optimize user experiences. • Streamline complex trading flows for retail and institutional traders.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with DeFi, trading, or fintech applications. • Strong user research & data-driven design approach – wireframing, A/B testing, and iterating based on analytics. • Expert at managing all things Figma - UI Kits, prototyping, developer handoff, component libraries. • Experience in brand identity & aesthetics – creating visually compelling and intuitive UI/UX that aligns with Odos’ cutting-edge reputation. • Collaboration with developers & product teams – working efficiently with Dev Mode, front-end engineers, and cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products and platforms. • Excellent communication skills to confidently and clearly articulate thoughts. • Self-starter who proactively looks for opportunities to contribute to the team, and can work independently on deliverables.
