📋 Description
• Produce narrative-driven multimedia content showcasing military family experiences, challenges, and successes. • Conduct interviews, develop storyboards, write scripts, and manage pre-production planning. • Capture and curate audio, video, and photography assets to support storytelling projects. • Edit multimedia products including videos, audio stories, and visual packages. • Collaborate with designers, writers, and communications strategists to ensure cohesive messaging. • Manage production schedules, filming logistics, and post-production workflows. • Ensure all content meets accessibility requirements including Section 508 compliance. • Oversee review cycles, approvals, and quality checks prior to publishing. • Maintain organized content libraries, metadata, and asset management practices. • Support rapid-turn content needs such as spotlight stories, testimonials, and social media narrative pieces.
🎯 Requirements
• BA in Journalism, Film, Digital Media, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of experience producing multimedia, documentary, or story-driven content • Proficiency with video editing suites (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) • Experience with audio recording and editing tools • Strong understanding of narrative structure, interview techniques, and story design • Familiarity with accessibility requirements for multimedia content
