📋 Description

• Drive cross-functional alignment and lead the execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns • Orchestrate complex, multi-region initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity across internal teams, external agencies, and global partners • Responsible for program planning, workflow management, budget and invoice oversight, cross-functional communication, and scalable program management systems • Champion process improvements to strengthen operational excellence and elevate the team’s ability to deliver cohesive, premium retail brand experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related field; Master’s Degree / MBA a plus • Bring 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, agency account management, or production • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and perform well under pressure • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Asana
