📋 Description

• Independently manage and implement projects related to our product Opus::L in close coordination with customers and internal specialist departments • Identify project risks early and develop and implement appropriate countermeasures • Monitor project controlling, including preparing project reports for customers and department management • Support customers throughout the entire project phase from kickoff to go-live, including on-site visits • Assist with proposal preparation in close collaboration with the various teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on healthcare or healthcare management; alternatively, vocational training in the healthcare sector with several years of professional experience • Several years of experience with medical laboratory processes—particularly microbiology—in a hospital setting, plus experience in healthcare IT project management; project management certification is desirable • Experience with Opus::L or other laboratory information systems is an advantage • Strong communication skills, a careful working style and a high standard of quality • Flexible, customer-oriented approach to daily work • Confident use of MS Office; experience with software tools such as Confluence and shell is an advantage • Fluent in German and good command of English • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
