• Recruit, inspire, lead and scale a high-performing partnerships team • Build a core component of a Deel’s go-to-market partnerships team, and maintain responsibility for the performance and growth of a high value set of hundreds of partners. • Identify, prospect, negotiate, develop and manage Deel’s key partnerships across the VC and PE ecosystem globally, with a focus on North America • Define and execute a strategy to unlock and optimize benefits and economics for both partners and Deel • Act as the management sponsor for key partners within your Channel, from prospecting and acquisition through to partner management and growth. • Maintain deep foundational knowledge of Deel’s products and services so you can identify key market opportunities for partners • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (including sales, legal, finance, product) to develop optimal partnership strategies, agreements and execution plans • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns to drive awareness and conversion of potential partners • Build a vibrant Deel partner community in which best practices, knowledge and celebration of partners are shared amongst community members • Travel periodically to engage in-person with key partners, participate in events, and support your team
• 10+ years of experience professional experience, across a combination of Tech Partnerships, VC, and/or Private Equity • 3+ years building, implementing and leading a partner program • Deep network within the North American VC and PE ecosystem • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive key insights and measurement • Experience managing internal teams and external partners • An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Financial and Data Modeling
