📋 Description

• Break into new accounts and foster relationships with multiple contacts across target customer segments • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting including email, phone, and social media outreach • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges • Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with Account Executives • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn • Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong growth mindset • Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment • Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams • Experience in HR or Fintech preferred • Experience at a fast-growing startup preferred • Previous experience working in a remote & distributed team preferred • Native/fluent in English and Dutch
