⢠Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue roles globally ⢠Recruit exceptional talent and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards ⢠Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and job requirements ⢠Develop and refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience ⢠Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies ⢠Ensure team and company culture is maintained and employees live Deel's key principles
⢠Experience of recruiting across Revenue, including Account Executive (SMB, Enterprise), Sales Development etc at a company in hypergrowth mode ⢠Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function, with a track record of hiring top talent quickly ⢠Comfortable handling complex candidate questions pertaining to compensation, equity, immigration and related issues ⢠Strong data and analytical skills and attention to detail ⢠Natural communicator able to engage the room when presenting, speaking and demonstrating ⢠Used to working with data to make processes more efficient ⢠Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently ⢠Authorization to work in country of residence (applicants asked to enter country they are legally registered to work in)
