📋 Description

• Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue roles globally • Recruit exceptional talent and collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards • Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and job requirements • Develop and refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience • Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies • Ensure team and company culture is maintained and employees live Deel's key principles

🎯 Requirements

• Experience of recruiting across Revenue, including Account Executive (SMB, Enterprise), Sales Development etc at a company in hypergrowth mode • Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function, with a track record of hiring top talent quickly • Comfortable handling complex candidate questions pertaining to compensation, equity, immigration and related issues • Strong data and analytical skills and attention to detail • Natural communicator able to engage the room when presenting, speaking and demonstrating • Used to working with data to make processes more efficient • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently • Authorization to work in country of residence (applicants asked to enter country they are legally registered to work in)
