📋 Description

• Oversee the creative and quality elements of dubbing projects from start to finish • Lead casting decisions and ensure the right voices bring every story to life • Drive script adaptation and create compelling creative briefs • Own quality assurance, ensuring every dubbed project meets the highest standards • Work independently across multiple productions with authority and creative excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Dubbing direction, adaptation, or performance; Voice acting in the Media & Entertainment industry • At least 2 years of experience in AI dubbing tools/platform • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools • Audio or video editing skills • Strong English communication skills - must • Polish (spoken and written) • Freelance availability
