📋 Description

• Lead the engineering organization responsible for building and scaling DeepHealth’s platform and products. • Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence across multiple teams. • Shape the engineering roadmap, cultivate a strong engineering culture, and build scalable systems and teams. • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent, ensuring strong execution and measurable impact on business outcomes. • Partner with product management to define and execute the product roadmap, translating business requirements into engineering plans. • Ensure consistency of engineering quality, code review culture, and testing standards across all teams and geographies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required. • 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, health tech, or regulated industries • Proven track record of building and scaling distributed software systems and high-performing engineering organizations • Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, APIs, and modern DevOps/CI-CD practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences. • Strong analytical mindset with experience using engineering metrics, system performance data, and business outcomes to guide decisions. • Excellent program management skills—able to drive multiple engineering initiatives in parallel with clarity and accountability.
