• Responsible for the entire sales cycle: from lead generation through presenting our software solution to closing deals. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with real estate agents and real estate companies. • Conduct product training sessions and demos to demonstrate the benefits of our system to prospective customers. • Work closely with our product and marketing teams to incorporate customer feedback and continuously improve our product.
• Passion for sales and a strong interest in innovative technologies, ideally in the real estate sector. • Initial experience in the real estate industry, e.g., through work at an estate agency or as a career changer with real estate exposure — you understand the industry and its challenges. • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or software — a plus but not mandatory. • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm: you can explain complex software solutions clearly and engage customers. • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken, to support our customers effectively. • Independent and structured working style combined with a hands-on mentality. • Negotiation skills and proven closing ability. • Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
