📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic AI systems integrating LLMs and custom models • Develop robust components, including prompt management, post-processing, and RAG-based retrieval • Ensure reliability and quality through testing, CI/CD, and Clean Architecture practices • Monitor and optimize system performance, observability, and model behavior in production • Collaborate with end users and the team to align technical decisions with product vision

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering • Strong first experience in startups and/or strong educational background • Proven hands-on experience in complex backend development and/or AI development using Python • Proficiency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Github Copilot, Codex • Knowledge and experience with LLM SDKs and libraries (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google GenAI, LiteLLM, Langchain) • Interest in Intellectual Property or willingness to learn about the domain • Fluent in French & English
