📋 Description

• Build and maintain production-ready AI systems integrating LLMs and custom models • Design robust components for prompt management, post-processing, and RAG pipelines • Ensure system reliability and observability via testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and clean architecture • Collaborate closely with product teams and end-users to align technical solutions with product vision • Lead and mentor a team, foster a collaborative culture, and drive high-quality delivery • Continuously optimize the value delivered to end-users, both individually and as a team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in startups • Strong academic background (e.g. top engineering school or PhD) • Hands-on experience in Python and backend development, experience in software architecture • Experience building or maintaining AI / LLM-based systems • Familiarity with LLM SDKs and libraries (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google GenAI, LiteLLM, Langchain) • Proven ability to design production-grade AI components with reliability and observability • Strong leadership and collaboration skills: able to mentor, inspire and motivate teams • Fluent in French and English • Client focused, eager to keep learning and help others grow
