📋 Description
• Architect and implement intelligent LLM-powered ETL pipelines that transform unstructured client data into structured solutions • Develop autonomous, multi-agent systems using state-of-the-art frameworks to automate complex, multi-step business processes • Design and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to quantify AI performance and ensure production quality • Build and deploy high-performance RAG systems • Wrap AI logic into performant, production-ready microservices such as FastAPI • Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical design discussions with teammates • Challenge assumptions, solve problems jointly, and grow the team’s collective knowledge
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English; DeepMetis is an English-only company • 2+ years of professional working experience as an engineer • At least 2 years of strong, daily Python use • Ideally 1–3 years of experience shipping LLM-powered features • Experience building AI workflows, agents, and non-trivial orchestration • Experience designing, evaluating, and optimizing production RAG systems • Experience shipping software used by real, paying customers • Good communication skills in async text and calls • Genuine curiosity about AI and ability to discuss recent papers, models, or architectural shifts
