📋 Description

• Support sourcing efforts for technical and non-technical positions • Help identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms • Assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process • Help create and publish job postings across multiple platforms • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruiting events • Support university outreach programs, career fairs, and networking activities • Maintain candidate information and recruiting records • Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and recruiting processes • Learn about current trends in talent acquisition and the technology market

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition or employer branding • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus
