📋 Description
• Help save lives and improve safety performance through organizational change initiatives • Deliver workshops and presentations to groups • Conduct one-on-one field coaching with clients • Guide and facilitate measurable governance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • 8+ years of experience in organizational change, or operations with safety responsibility, or in an industrial consulting role, or in a safety role • CSP or equivalent, LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred • Fluency in English and bilingual English/Spanish speaking candidates needed!
