📋 Description

• Support with the implementation of an expanded CRM system • Assist with operational customer support (email, phone, CRM) • Structured documentation in our CRM system (Pipedrive) • Analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities for optimization • Contribute to the development and improvement of our complaints management • Create and optimize standard processes and communication guidelines • Support KPI tracking in Customer Success (e.g. response times, satisfaction, escalation rates)

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology or a comparable field • Mandatory internship as part of your studies • Analytical thinking and structured working style • Very good written communication skills • Interest in process optimization and service quality
