• Oversee invoice processing and payment • Manage vendor relations and keep an up-to-date vendor database • Responsible for relevant AP reporting • Posting real estate agent credits and billings • Processing AP and AR transactions • Onboarding and terminating Advisors • Basic Accounting-related Reporting • Assisting with month-end closing needs • Engage in special projects, like year-end closings or general admin tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • At least one year of experience in an accounting clerk, AP, or AR role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Strong working knowledge of using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software • Residential real estate brokerage experience is a plus, but would not be a requirement • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
