📋 Description

• Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow • Invoice all clients upon order completion • Make collection contacts on a routine basis • Issue past-due notices and statements • Perform royalty entry and submissions • Assist with year-end financial statements • Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions • Follow client-defined accounting processes • Support overall accounting operations • Complete other tasks assigned by the Executive Team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounting tasks accurately • Ability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support financial accuracy • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision • Strong knowledge of accounting principles • Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 3-5 years of General Accounting experience or equivalent • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office applications, databases, and accounting software • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas • Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments • CPA or CMA is a plus, but not required
