📋 Description

• Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system • Maintain and update ledgers, ensuring all entries are precise and properly documented • Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are promptly addressed • Assist in payroll processing by maintaining payroll records using accounting software and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring financial performance against budgetary forecasts • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records • Handle petty cash transactions and reconciliations • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, financial management, or a related field • 1-3 years of Bookkeeping experience or General Accounting experience, or equivalent • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software • Strong working knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Knowledgeable using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software • Proficient in FYLE or similar software experience is preferred • In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation • Previous working experience as an offshore staff is highly advantageous
