📋 Description

• Plan, create, and curate digital content for internal communications, training, and marketing • Leverage AI to help build, refine, and enhance written and visual content (ads, training scripts, internal memos, etc.) • Curate internal and external learning resources and integrate them into company platforms • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging content • Edit and design short-form videos for training, communication, and marketing • Use AI video tools (e.g., HeyGen, AI Studio, Envato) to create or enhance video content • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce instructional modules and micro-learning videos • Support live and asynchronous training initiatives across the organization • Create visually compelling graphics, slide decks, infographics, and branded assets • Produce professional content that reflects Peak American’s branding standards • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and error-free visual outputs • Build and maintain SharePoint pages, layouts, content structures, navigation, and permissions • Promote modern digital collaboration practices internally • Assist departments in improving workflow and adoption of digital tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience in content creation, internal communications, instructional design, or multimedia roles • 3+ years using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, Envato, AI video tools, and Microsoft products • Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, and content production • Experience using AI tools to generate or enhance video and training content • Intermediate to advanced experience building or managing SharePoint sites • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines • Experience with financial services or supporting finance companies is a strong plus.
