• Coordinate with vendors regarding delivery dates to ensure scheduled timetables and planned deliveries are met • Plan and track shipments of final products according to customer requirements • Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders • Establish and sustain relationships with forwarders, brokers, and freight carriers • Vouch supplier invoices in accordance with company guidelines • Resolve shipment issues and/or delays to support timely delivery and customer requirements • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• College degree in Logistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience as a freight handler, customer service representative, logistics coordinator, logistics management professional, or related role • Very proficient in written and spoken English • Ability to work within US operating hours • Strong computer and internet skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Comfortable working with coordination software and other digital tools • Knowledge of logistics, freight handling, shipment coordination, and delivery processes • Experience coordinating with vendors, forwarders, brokers, and freight carriers • Experience tracking shipments and maintaining delivery schedules • Ability to maintain accurate warehouse stock and order records • Experience reviewing or vouching supplier invoices • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills for outstanding shipments, invoices, and other action items • Ability to identify and resolve shipment issues and delays • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
