📋 Description

• Create and enhance responsive web layouts, preferably using WordPress and Elementor • Develop creative visuals for social media campaigns across multiple platforms • Design case studies, one-pagers, flyers, and other promotional materials • Produce signage, banners, and printed materials for tradeshows, events, and displays • Create visually compelling slides for internal and client-facing presentations • Edit and enhance photos for marketing use • Perform video editing, including adding captions, audio adjustments, and basic motion graphics • Design product mockups, digital ads, and creative visuals for online and offline campaigns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong graphic design skills supported by an impressive and versatile portfolio • Maintains accuracy and consistency across creative outputs • Efficiently manages multiple projects while meeting deadlines • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback • Communicates ideas clearly in both written and spoken English • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in production, marketing, or graphic design roles • Excellent written and spoken English • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (USA), Monday through Friday (USA) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva • Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, Notion, and Riverside • Experience in responsive web design using WordPress is required • Strong understanding of digital marketing design principles • Experience in photo editing, video editing, and motion graphics • Animation or advanced Figma experience is nice to have • Elementor experience is preferred
