• Manage the full order lifecycle after handoff from sales, including sourcing, pricing validation, quote preparation, and supplier communication • Set up and maintain orders in the company system, including repeat orders, tagging, approval routing, and exception flagging • Coordinate samples, product selection logistics, ship dates, and production timelines • Administer client approval workflow for proofs and order release, including acknowledgement checks and tracking updates • Monitor inventory positions and coordinate repeat-order execution when programs require replenishment • Maintain accurate CRM and order notes related to in-hands dates, shipment status, and client order details.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience within the promotional products, apparel, or branded merchandise distribution industry • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal • Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial • Strong customer service skills and adaptability to different personalities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
