📋 Description
• Provide day-to-day graphic support to the partner • Design mockups and vectorize logos • Produce presentation decks from initial concept through final delivery • Vectorize logos, save them in the proper file format, and create mock-ups for the sales team • Set type and size imprints on promotional products • Create graphics and layouts for product illustrations • Pull product templates from supplier websites to create proofs • Send proofs to customers for review and approval • Transition approved orders into production and monitor order status to prevent delays • Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding revisions or suggestions • Assess project specifics and create final products that adhere to requirements • Perform related ad hoc tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums • Ability to give and receive constructive criticism • In-depth experience and established track record in artwork design and finalization • Great attention to detail • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field • 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign • Technically savvy with a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical graphic-design skills and ability to deliver visually impactful designs
