• Responsible for creating and managing proposals, quotes, and opportunities. • Responsible for creating presentation format and compiling data for sales presentations. • Resolving invoicing and billing issues as needed. • Providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors. • Managing high volume of inbound and outbound emails. • Ensuring prompt, clear, and concise directions to vendors via email and phone. • Understanding order lifecycle and logistics, including production timelines, profit margins and freight costs. • Documenting all client-related activities in Company CRM. • Ensures up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field • 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters • Experience with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred • Proven ability to provide outstanding client service • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.) • Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite)
