📋 Description

• Contribute to the client's brand strategy and develop new products • Design and produce sales decks, pitch presentations, and capabilities presentations • Lead design of high-priority proposals, RFP responses, and client-facing one-pagers • Build and maintain reusable presentation templates and scalable brand systems • Design on-brand email campaigns and promotional sends in Stripo or similar tools • Develop and maintain modular email templates following deliverability best practices • Collaborate with marketing on A/B test variations and seasonal campaign refreshes • Create static and animated social media assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels • Maintain consistent visual identity across platforms • Support campaign launches with coordinated social creative • Design product catalogs, lookbooks, sell sheets, and printed promotional materials • Prepare print-ready files, perform preflight checks, and coordinate with vendors • Maintain scalable InDesign catalog templates as product lines evolve • Uphold and evolve brand standards across touchpoints • Manage files and assets in the Air DAM and maintain organized, hand-off-ready project files • Mentor junior designers on design best practices, brand consistency, and workflow efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field • 5+ years of graphic design experience with a portfolio spanning digital and print deliverables • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Expert proficiency in Figma • Strong skills in PowerPoint/Figma for presentation design • Experience with email design tools such as Stripo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar • Solid understanding of print production, including catalog layout and preflight preparation • Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums • Good managerial skills to carry other team members along • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, communicate clearly on timelines, and prioritize high-impact work • Experience in promotional products, retail, or B2B marketing is a bonus
