📋 Description

• Own end-to-end creative production for assigned events, including social, SMS, print, and signage • Deliver on-brand assets independently within expected turnaround times • Build and scale reusable creative systems such as “Event in a Box” template sets and modular templates • Organize and expand the reusable visual asset library • Improve creative turnaround time and output volume as the practice network grows • Bring new creative trends, formats, and ideas to the team • Contribute recommendations to quarterly campaign planning • Collaborate with Creative, Events, Practice Success, and Meta/Creative teams • Create visual assets for live events across a growing network of aesthetics practices

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on design experience using Canva or similar • Experience producing social graphics, SMS funnel images, and print assets • Strong command of platform specifications across Instagram feed, stories, reels, web, and print • Track record of independently managing a high-volume creative request queue • Ability to meet turnaround expectations while maintaining quality, brand alignment, and copy accuracy • Experience building reusable, template-based design systems • Comfort incorporating AI-assisted creative tools into a core design workflow • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to work independently on routine requests and proactively flag timelines, bottlenecks, and creative needs • Must reside in the Philippines
