📋 Description

• Drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships. • Run biddable campaigns efficiently while identifying and managing high-impact partnerships. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels. • Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS. • Manage day-to-day campaign monitoring, perform campaign RCA, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. • Work with internal & external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives & copies. • Leverage programmatic (DSPs) and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency. • Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches. • Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic Direct partners to drive customer acquisition. • Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce). • Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels of App & Web campaigns on (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Facebook Ads, Apple ads, Programmatic channels etc.). • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. • Have fair understanding of MMP i.e Appsflyer, Adjust or Branch etc. • Good communication and data analytical skills.
