📋 Description
• Own the complete technical vision as Co-Founder & CTO • Build AI-powered risk assessment systems and automated financial data analysis • Develop comprehensive loan management with integrated banking APIs through partnerships with local banks • Scale platform across multiple African markets with mobile-first design, starting in Kenya and expanding to Nigeria • Migrate demo platform (Bubble.io, AWS) to a more scalable architecture • Collaborate with founding team, VCs, and banking partners to deliver product-market fit
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years supervising full-stack software development • Experience with AI/ML integration, modern web frameworks & cloud services (AWS) • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience on the leadership team of a startup • Passion for solving problems in emerging markets • Preferred but not required: fintech/banking experience in African markets
