📋 Description
• Monitor, assess, and prioritize scheduling needs across the department. • Schedule surveillance assignments in accordance with client directives and internal procedures and goals. • Enter and update schedules in the case management system. • Cultivate professional relationships with investigators, field supervisors, and case managers. • Communicate with investigators regarding scheduling needs, availability, and coverage changes; maintain documentation and records related to investigator availability. • Evaluate cost, investigator performance, turnaround time, investigator availability, geographic location, and client needs to select the most appropriate resource for each assignment. • Track scheduling-related data and metrics to identify workflow gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Monitor investigator availability and usage trends and escalate potential recruiting needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to multi-task and frequently assess, prioritize, and re-prioritize tasks • Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, file management, and navigating web-based platforms • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism • Working knowledge of surveillance investigations and operations is preferred • Experience in scheduling systems
