• Proven track record of successful sales growth in the health insurance or related industry. • Established network of brokers and consultants in California specializing in self-funded business. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives. • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required. • Valid California Life/Health Insurance license required. (Or be acquired within first year of employment.) • Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
