• Manage product merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including categorization, sorting, and search optimization • Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates across the site • Optimize product listings, content, and on-site search to improve conversion rates and customer experience • Collaborate with marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with campaigns and promotions • Analyze site performance metrics and user behavior to inform merchandising decisions • Maintain product data accuracy, ensuring pricing, inventory, and content are up-to-date • Partner with developers and QA teams to test and validate merchandising changes and site updates • Identify opportunities to improve navigation, product discovery, and overall site usability • Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives within SFCC
• 3+ years of hands-on experience merchandising within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) • Strong familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, catalogs, promotions, and search merchandising tools • Solid understanding of online merchandising principles, customer journeys, and conversion optimization • Ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisions • High level of accuracy in managing product data and site content • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
