📋 Description

• Define, maintain and adjust the global category strategy and 5-year product roadmap for balance • Translate customer and market insights into clear product priorities and innovation opportunities • Drive product and platform positioning, ensuring differentiation across brands and segments • Lead business case development and prioritisation of product and platform investments • Collaborate with R&D and Clinical teams to influence early-stage product development and validation • Ensure strong lifecycle management, including phase-in/phase-out decisions and design prioritisation • Monitor category performance and continuously refine strategy based on data and feedback loops • Align stakeholders across brands and functions to ensure effective execution and market impact

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or a related field • Solid experience within the balance field • Several years of experience in product management, preferably within medical devices or diagnostics • A proven ability to translate customer and market insights into product strategies and decisions • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures
