📋 Description

• Work on strategic civil litigation with a focus on complex corporate disputes; • Manage judicial and arbitral proceedings covering a broad range of matters such as civil liability, corporate disputes, structured transactions, public/regulatory law, and highly complex contracts; • Draft procedural filings, legal opinions and memoranda; • Actively participate in domestic and international arbitral proceedings, hearings and trial sessions; • Monitor and manage case workflow for internal and external matters and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent); • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Fluent in English (spoken and written); • Experience in strategic civil litigation and arbitration.
