📋 Description

• You independently handle claims — from cost estimates to invoices — and calculate reimbursements using our software. • You work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who challenge, support and inspire you. • You help optimize and automate our claims-handling processes and contribute ideas to further improve the customer experience. • You support our customer service colleagues with claims-related questions — directly contributing to customer satisfaction. • In addition to handling claims, you take on cross-functional tasks, for example phone calls with customers. • Together with the team you achieve daily and monthly targets — with focus, structure and team spirit.

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in claims processing or billing — ideally in a dental or insurance-related environment. • A confident, friendly manner and clear, empathetic communication. • Structured, independent work style and good time management. • Confident use of digital tools — MS Office and modern software solutions are familiar to you. • Very good German language skills (at least C1); English is not required but helpful in our international environment.
