📋 Description

• Define and deploy the commercial strategy for the CTS portfolio in France • Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets • Maximize the performance and profitability of the product portfolio • Collaborate with Business Leaders and EMEA teams to align strategies • Manage the P&L and assume financial responsibility for the portfolio • Manage and optimize budgets related to events and marketing activities • Support regional directors in developing their commercial capabilities • Actively participate in talent recruitment and development • Develop and implement a KOL management strategy • Support sales teams in customer retention, account development, and identifying new business opportunities • Report directly to the commercial leadership team and work closely with field teams

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership skills to guide and inspire team members • Knowledge of connected products • Marketing skills • Experience in and enthusiasm for training • Market analysis experience • English proficiency at B2 level or above • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and customers • Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and influential third parties • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions • Willingness to travel throughout France (30%) • Right to work in the country where the position is based
