📋 Description

• Drive assigned workstreams within SD portions of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global rollouts • Define and maintain global OTC process standards, templates, and governance models • Serve as a primary day-to-day process authority for OTC sub-processes including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and ATP • Ensure consistent execution of OTC processes across regions and escalate deviations • Support SD–FI integration, including billing, revenue recognition, and financial postings • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, MM, EWM, and Transportation teams • Lead process walkthroughs, requirement clarification sessions, and stakeholder working meetings • Provide hands-on configuration, validation, and troubleshooting within SAP SD • Support end-to-end design across pricing, order management, delivery, billing, ATP, and integrations • Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, and UAT • Maintain process documentation and guide development of SOPs and work instructions • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and propose SAP best-practice solutions • Contribute to global workshops, requirements gathering, and enterprise process alignment • Support continuous improvement initiatives and the global OTC roadmap • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Information Systems • 7+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes • Strong understanding of SD–FI integration, including billing and revenue flows • Advanced English (C1) • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience supporting OTC processes in manufacturing, distribution, or shared-services environments • Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or global distribution environments • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and make constructive suggestions for change • Eligibility to work in the country where the position is based
