📋 Description

• You are responsible for selecting and acquiring new customers, as well as actively advising existing customers (hospitals, specialist retailers and private practitioners) • You independently present, discuss, quote and sell products and services to various customer groups (hospitals, specialist retailers and medical practices, medical care centers (MVZ), nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, specialist retail - AD, etc.) • You implement the territory strategy and marketing concepts, and conduct market and competitor monitoring • You are responsible for the annual increase in prescribers and prescriptions and for achieving sales targets • Analyze relevant sales and performance KPIs and the associated conversion and sales potential to derive appropriate measures • Actively transfer knowledge in close cooperation with the Wellspect Academy and Marketing, and provide technical support to customers in product use • Work closely and agilely within an agile sales team and with internal interfaces, e.g. HomeCare, Key Account, Marketing, Inside Sales and Customer Service

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification (medical training is an advantage) • You have initial sales experience • In addition to a professional appearance and strong presentation skills, you are highly self-motivated and possess good organizational skills • Your assertiveness and strong communication skills help you win customers • You are proficient with modern office software and communication tools • You have business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken • High willingness to travel (1–2 overnight stays per week)
