📋 Description

• Administer, support, and evolve Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to virtual applications and desktops • Publish and manage applications and desktops • Ensure the availability, stability, security, and monitoring of environments • Administer Azure components related to the environment, such as virtual hosts, resource groups, NSGs, image galleries, FSLogix, storage accounts, and route tables • Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Conditional Access • Contribute to automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and DevOps initiatives • Support the creation and evolution of new environments and solutions • Participate in the continuous improvement of the platform and global infrastructure initiatives • Serve as the technical escalation point for platform-related incidents, problems, requests, and changes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure environments • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy • Knowledge of Entra ID and Conditional Access • Experience with Virtual Desktop / Remote Applications environments • Strong troubleshooting skills in infrastructure environments • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments • Knowledge of IT Service Management / ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management • English proficiency for working in a global team • Experience with Citrix XenDesktop / XenApp • Knowledge of Citrix Cloud • Experience with NetScaler • Knowledge of Microsoft RDS / RemoteApp • Experience with Nerdio • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD • Microsoft Azure certifications
