📋 Description

• Manage teams on international projects; • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously; • Deliver solutions across development teams; • Lead according to DWS core values and be able to conduct direct client interactions; • Participate in team ceremonies (daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives); • Build and share knowledge about the product and the business; • Act as the primary contact between the client and the project team, and facilitate project status meetings with the client; • Serve as the link between internal and external teams and keep all parties informed about the project, including updates, decisions, actions, risks, etc.; • Develop lasting relationships between the team and the client; • Work with a multidisciplinary team (UX/UI designers, QA/testers, developers) to coordinate activities and drive the delivery of a high-quality product.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, leading teams and managing projects; • Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies; • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (design, development, etc.); • Proficiency with JIRA or other task management tools to assign tasks, track, and report work completed; • Familiarity with teamwork-based approaches to task execution; • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to the target audience; • Advanced verbal and written English skills.
