📋 Description

• Lead the execution of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines, scope and quality of deliverables are met. • Coordinate multiple squads and manage roadmaps with interdependencies across different business and technology areas. • Facilitate ceremonies and planning activities such as PI Planning, Discovery sessions and Kickoffs. • Monitor performance and flow metrics, driving continuous improvement through the practical application of agile metrics and the PDCA cycle. • Manage stakeholders, facilitating communication between technical teams, business units and executive leadership. • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring deliverables adapt to scope changes and regulatory updates. • Support project governance, ensuring visibility, alignment and continuous evolution of initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Agile Delivery Manager or in similar project/product management roles. • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects/squads and governing complex roadmaps with interdependencies. • Strong command of project and workflow management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday or similar). • Deep knowledge of flow metrics and practical application of the PDCA cycle. • Experience facilitating large-scale events (such as PI Planning, Discovery sessions and Kickoffs). • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills (from operations to executive levels). • Previous experience in large-scale projects in the Tax/Fiscal domain. • Familiarity with concepts such as VAT (Value Added Tax), CBS, IBS and tax transition rules. • Resilience to handle volatile scopes (e.g., regulatory changes occurring mid-project). • **Differentials:** • Relevant industry certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, KMP). • Basic knowledge of project financial management (CAPEX, OPEX, squad Burn Rate control). • Knowledge of the Team Topologies framework.
