📋 Description

• Maintain and update construction schedules, Gantt charts, and project records • Track daily stand-up notes and weekly production meeting outcomes • Manage punch lists, work orders, closeout documentation, and lien release waivers • Support permit and entitlement processes • Coordinate scopes of work and contract execution with trade partners • Collect W-9s and Certificates of Insurance; manage contractor agreements • Communicate directly with trade partners to ensure task completion and schedule alignment • Assist with material procurement, purchase orders, and vendor sourcing • Process trade partner invoices and reconcile financial records • Generate project estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid comparisons • Identify cost-saving opportunities and flag recurring operational issues • Coordinate with architects and designers to maintain updated specification sheets • Support process improvement initiatives and maintain operational metrics • Provide direct project support to the Director of Construction across all active projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in construction project management or a closely related field • Strong command of scheduling tools — Gantt charts, critical path method • Excellent written communication and attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable • Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours full-time • ★ BuilderTrend experience (strongly preferred) • Familiarity with US-based construction documentation standards (W-9s, COIs, lien waivers) • Prior experience supporting remote construction or development teams
