📋 Description

• Project planning; • Project execution and monitoring; • Leading and facilitating internal and client meetings; • Acting as a facilitator and liaison with other departments; • Running Agile ceremonies; • Management and executive reporting; • Client reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background (programming is not required, but must be able to understand developers' deliverables); • Experience managing full-lifecycle IT projects; • Experience with projects using Agile methodologies; • Meeting facilitation and leadership; • Strong communication skills; • Discipline, organization, and execution-focused; • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools; • Project management disciplines and stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC); • Project management metrics for both Agile and traditional methodologies; • Experience with Azure DevOps; • Strong experience with MS Project (Microsoft Project); • Solid experience creating and tracking schedules using PERT/CPM diagrams — Critical Path Method and best practices.
