📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and evolve back-end applications, services, and integrations using Drupal • Implement technical improvements focused on user experience, site performance, and conversion rate optimization • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, secure, and scalable technical solutions • Design, implement, and maintain APIs and system integrations • Ensure availability, reliability, quality, and performance of developed solutions • Support the implementation of site tests and experiments, collaborating with UX, data, and front-end teams • Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes or improvements • Create and maintain tests and technical documentation • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance activities • Participate in technical discussions and contribute development best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in back-end development • Hands-on experience with Drupal • Experience developing and integrating APIs and services • Knowledge of web application architecture, security, performance, and scalability • Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance • Ability to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions • Familiarity with version control such as Git • Knowledge of JavaScript, especially to support integrations and implementations in web environments • Advanced English proficiency for verbal and written communication • Experience with Pantheon (nice to have) • Experience in conversion optimization or e-commerce projects (nice to have) • Knowledge of A/B testing, personalization, or experimentation tools (nice to have) • Familiarity with web performance metrics and optimization for mobile and desktop (nice to have) • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including UX, analytics, content, and front-end (nice to have)
