• Play a vital role within the Global Operations team, supporting our commercial organisation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions • Partner closely with Finance, Sales, New Business, and Client teams • Administer, support, and optimise our global Salesforce platform • Maintain pipeline quality to troubleshoot user issues • Ensure sales and client facing teams work efficiently and have insights they need to drive growth
• 1 year Super or Power User exposure on Salesforce Sales Cloud, or 3 years’ experience as a Business user on Sales and Marketing Cloud • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle, including lead capture, qualification, conversion, and pipeline management • High attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy and system hygiene • Excellent communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
