• 10+ years of senior experience in leading demand generation in B2B SaaS companies. • 7+ years as a people manager. • Deep digital marketing expertise across paid media, website design, site conversion, email/lifecycle marketing. • Track record of creating and launching breakthrough digital brand creative on websites, digital ads, and email communications with a strong, demonstrable focus on pipeline/revenue growth and high-quality execution. • Exceptional execution and prioritization skills to develop practical solutions and lead the day-to-day execution in the trenches. • Excellent cross-group collaboration and influence skills, with prior success aligning various departments on a common vision and achieving shared goals. • A people-focused leader with prior experience managing creative and collaborative teams and agencies that support the organization and link to overall business objectives and metrics. Prior experience in change management, unifying functional areas and building new teams. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and adept at working with cross-functional executive leadership. • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA highly preferred) • B2B experience required. • Experience with global brands preferred. • Experience with HR or FinTech SaaS is a plus.
