📋 Description

• Development of trade marketing strategies and creation of retail promotions and go-to-market concepts • Campaign planning and execution: design, development, implementation and communication of bespoke promotional activities • Preparation, management and monitoring of the marketing budget and annual strategy in coordination with management • Market analysis: monitoring market trends, competitor activities and consumer behavior • Design and production of POS materials for our sales representatives and customers • Organization of customer events such as trade fairs, sales meetings, product and brand presentations, etc. • Close collaboration with the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with a focus on marketing or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in trade marketing • Ability to work independently with a structured approach • Analytical skills • Very good proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
